Does the County Assessor determine fence lines/boundaries?

No, only a true survey performed by a licensed surveyor can determine the actual property boundary as defined by the legal description assigned to the property.  The County does not perform surveys nor can they recommend a specific service/surveyor.  NOTE:  all information pertaining to property boundaries presented on a map are for tax purposes only and do not constitute a property survey.  All parcel boundaries presented on a map are not to survey accuracy.
